1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Restaurant Cleaning Services of Dallas ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Restaurant Cleaning Services of Dallas provides professional restaurant cleaning services including but not limited to kitchen deep cleaning, dining room sanitization, hood and vent cleaning, grease trap maintenance, and related commercial cleaning services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.

3. Service Agreements

All services are subject to a signed service agreement that specifies:

• Scope of work to be performed
• Service frequency and schedule
• Pricing and payment terms
• Duration of the agreement
• Cancellation and termination provisions

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are issued according to the service agreement schedule
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may be subject to service interruption
• We accept payment by check, credit card, or ACH transfer

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Termination of ongoing service agreements requires 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service contract.

6. Liability and Insurance

Restaurant Cleaning Services of Dallas maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage to surfaces or equipment that are not suitable for professional cleaning methods.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe access to areas requiring service
• Secure valuable items and confidential materials
• Inform us of any special requirements or hazards
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
• Provide timely notification of schedule changes

8. Service Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Restaurant Cleaning Services of Dallas and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
